The Hole!

I was driving down a highway and the weather was getting really bad outside. I had the radio on so that I could listen to all the alerts that the weather center was announcing. I had never seen the weather so crazy like it was tonight. I got to an area where there wasn't anything except for a vague lite in the distance. As a got closer I saw that it was some type of station. Maybe a train or a underground subway, I couldn't tell in all this rain and wind.

All of a sudden the radio man started yelling, "If you are on road #107, which I was, take cover now. There is a tornado spotted on the ground".

Knowing that I need to take cover and driving my car down this road wasn't good cover I pulled into this station place. As I pulled up several other people were running inside. I jumped out of my car and rain inside. I could bearly make out the tornado that was getting close to us.

As I entered the station I realized that it was for an underground subway. I didn't stop to ask anyone why was it doing out in the middle of no where. I looked up to see that the ceiling was made of complete glass and that it was starting to crack. There was also an opening in the middle of this station so that you could view all the way down to the tracks.

As I ran with all my strength I could feel small pieces of glass hitting me. Everybody was screaming, it was complete chaos in the station. I turned for just a second and saw a huge piece of class fall and cut several people in half and hurting many others. I didn't know if this was going to be that safe shelter that I imagined.

I got downstairs somehow and got into this little cart. I didn't know where I was nor what this I was in. There was another lady and a gentleman about my age in this cart. Everything thing started shaking.

The lady screamed, "I've got to get out of here or I'm going to die!" We tried to calm her down and told her to stay put but she didn't listen to us. She started to climb out of this cart we were in. When she did the cart started to move. We tried to grab her, me being the closest, but it was to late. The cart jumped. I closed my eyes and covered my ears; I didn't want to hear or see anything that happened next. I opened my eyes to see if it was over. The cart had tore her left leg off while the man had pulled her back into the cart. She was bleeding everywhere and yelling.

Seeing this I panic and climbed out of the cart. The man screamed at me to come back and take cover. But, I was already out of that cart and headed for the door of the station.

The building looked as if it wasn't going to stay standing for long and I had decided to find a ditch outside. As I got close to the door headed out the side a man ran out the door and I saw him get blown away by the wind. I knew the tornado was really close and I couldn't go out that door.

I turned to see the back of the station. I had to take a chance. I was either going to die trying to get to safety or die in here. I rather die trying.

I ran out the back of the station. The wind was strong but the station was blocking a good bit of it. I ran and ran and fell into a ditch. I knew there was one pretty close by. My foot hit the side of a concrete drain. I decided to crawl inside it and take my chances in there.

The wind was bad down in the ditch and the drain. I could only here the loud sound of the tornado and wind. The earth was shaking like an earthquake was hitting us at the same time but I figured that it was the tornado that was right on top of me.

Then it all stopped. The sun was out and it was very quiet and calm. I carefully crawled out of the concrete drain into the ditch to confirm it was over. It was and I was happy to be alive. But, I couldn't here anyone. No, screams for help, no yells, nothing.

I climbed out of the ditch and stood up to view the damage. My jaw dropped. There in front of me where the station once was was nothing. Absolutely nothing! I walked over to where it once stood and saw a huge hole. The whole building was gone. There was just a hole in the ground where the station once was, not even the tracks where there.

It was at this time that I awoke from this dream. My heart was racing and I was sick to my stomach. It took me awhile to get back to sleep after dreaming such a detailed disaster.

Introduction

Ok, I've been told that my dreams are really far out there. I remember almost all of my dreams that I dream while I'm asleep at night. They can be normal to very abnormal to just plain weird. So, I thought I would start a dream blog.
